Thanks for this quote. There are so many puffed-up Agile fantics out there it's nice to have a quick one-liner to deflate them.

True he may have wanted to define the problem before spending time on it. But so many companies would benefit from any kind of analysis, that agile or no, an approach is better than avoidance.
